How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by the app store where you made the purchase, not by us directly.

For iPhone (Apple): Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, select Request a refund, and choose the Vocabloot purchase.

For Android (Google Play): Visit https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find your Vocabloot order, and choose Request a refund or Report a problem.

Refund eligibility and approval are determined by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
